Equal Employment Opportunity Community (EEOC) updates various Q&A related to Pandemic-driven discrimination. This course will inform you about EEOC legal updates made in Caregiver and family responsibilities and Title VII Religious Objections to COVID-19 Vaccine requirements. Be aware that the Pandemic has yet to be over and knocks on the door. Be prepared to take action according to the law when the issue arises.
By taking this course, you will
- Understand the lawful and unlawful caregiver discrimination that arose from the COVID-19 pandemic
- Explain caregiver discrimination regarding an employer’s unjust questioning about employee’s family members with Covid-19 and employees with pregnancy
- Understand the process of accepting religious accommodation request
- Describe situations that impose and do not impose an undue hardship on the organization
